Do We Accept Returns?
We only take return if the shipped product is damaged or in case of any malfunctioning, in magic tricks secrete is most important factor so we won’t take it return if you are not able to perform trick, please read complete details of trick before your purchase.
Media items (BOOKS, DVDs, CDs, DOWNLOADS etc.) cannot be returned once they have been opened or viewed/downloaded. If there's an unusual circumstance we will make every effort to take care of you.
" Please notify Jassher's Magic of receipt of a damaged / defective product / service within 5 Days of delivery to You. If You are unable to do so within 5 Days, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order "
How do I return items damaged in transits?
You can return items if damaged in transits that you have purchased from Target Online back to us via the post or to your local courier.
Return / Damaged / Defective Props must be Shipped back with-in 5 working days or else 25 % restocking fees will be applied on returned / damaged / defective product.
The Returned Products Shipping charges will be paid by customer only(unless damaged).
If product received is damaged the shipping charges paid by customer to return the item will be paid by Jassher’s Magic in form of either coupons or In Wallet.Refund of the shipping charges will be initiated within 12 hours after receiving the product. Customer shall send us the picture of the shipping recipt showing ,not limited to , time,date,price.Failure to provide the receipt,Jassher’s Magic will not provide any shipping refunds.
Refund & Exchange
Product Exchange or payment Refund is not allowed once you received the Parcel; to request refund you reject the parcel from shipping.
Exchange will be made only with Valid Reason, defective Product will be replaced with new working products after receiving damaged Products.
